Six tips for healthy summer


The summer brings abundant sun activities, fresh food and fun, which is why the season inspires many people to be happy and healthy. With some simple tips for you to update your lifestyle and feel your best.
Chelsie Hightower, dancer professional success Emmy show "Dancing with the Stars" brought together some tips for a healthy life:
1. Making healthy meals. "Personally, I love sushi. Fish and vegetables are essential to my protein a week, and even healthier, with rice," says Hightower.
Use the second summer as a reason to try new activities. Take walks, swim or learn yoga.
3rd Hop in a steam bath. After a session, the steam helps relax aching muscles and strengthen your immune system.
4. Keep a food journal. Once you see everything you eat before you wrote, it is easier to make realistic goals and changes.
5. Healthy foods more interesting with unique and delicious recipes.
6. Dance for your prize. Understanding that no two body types are the same and what works for others may not work for you. You must understand your body's rhythms, and set realistic goals.
